Important Note: Candidates who request and pay for their exam scores to be sent to a state regulatory board(s), at the time of online exam application, have their scores reported to the state via NBCOT's online exam score reporting service.

Candidates who do not request this service at the time of online exam application, can submit a request for their exam score to be sent to a state regulatory board(s) by downloading and submitting the 'Official Score Transfer Request Form' from the NBCOT's web site. In this scenario, a hard copy exam score report is then sent by mail to the respective state board(s).
